Introducing KnowledgeWorks Certified, the new publisher certification program from Serials Solutions. The KnowledgeWorks Certification program helps Serials Solutions develop the best possible relationships with content providers. These relationships enable Serials Solutions to maintain the highest quality bibliographic metadata for e-resources, eBooks, and more in the KnowledgeWorks knowledgebase. Greater collaboration also helps our librarians to more quickly resolve issues when they occur.
